14.08.2008 Grundtvig: Multilaterales Projekt ausgewählt

Projektvorschlag erfolgreich! Die Exekutivagentur Bildung, Audiovisuelles und Kultur der Europäischen Gemeinschaft veröffentlichte am 14. August 2008 die diesjährige Auswahl der von der Europäischen Kommission im Programm „Lebenslanges Lernen“ geförderten Projekte. Mit dabei: das Projekt „Identifizierung, Bewertung und Anerkennung informell erworbener Kompetenzen“ eines Internationalen Konsortiums unter Federführung von HeurekaNet.

Marcus Flachmeyer zeigte sich begeistert: „Mit dem Zuschlag wurde die fachliche Expertise des Konsortiums und die gute Zusammenarbeit der Projektpartnerorganisationen in den letzten Jahren gewürdigt. Offensichtlich konnte unser Antrag in allen Aspekten überzeugen: Qualität des Arbeitsprogramms, Innovativer Charakter, Qualität des Konsortiums, Europäischer Mehrwert, Kosten-Nutzen-Verhältnis, Relevanz, Auswirkungen sowie Qualität des Valorisierungsplanes.“

Das Projektkonsortium besteht aus den Burgenländischen Volkshochschulen (als Antragsteller), der Akadémia vzdelávania, der Lietuvos suaugusiųjų švietimo asociacija, den ROC van Twente, dem Bildungswerk der KAB im Bistum Münster, der Groupement d’Intérêt Public Formation Continue et Insertion professionnelle Alsace sowie HeurekaNet – Verein zur Förderung von Lernenden Regionen e.V. (als koordinierende Organisation). Start des zweijährigen Projektes ist der 1. Oktober 2008.

HeurekaNet - Freies Institut für Bildung, Forschung und Innovation e.V.

Innovative infrastructures of learning; modern ways of vocational training and further education and a new culture of lifelong learning- these are the issues, HeurekaNet - Freies Institut für Bildung, Forschung und Innovation e.V. has acted on. Professionals of different branches, such as management consultancy, consumer protection and further education funded it in the year 2000. Heurekanet contributes the further development of the regional learning culture and infrastructures of learning by analizing, researching, evaluating and giving innovative impulses as results.

The regional main focus lies in the Münsterland and Nordrhein-Westfalen. Heurekanet is a non- profit organisation, who depends on voluntary, honorary assistance and the traineeships of students. In the past it was nevertheless possible to win over a scietific staff by public support.

Des infrastructures d’apprentissage novatrices, des chemins modernes du développement de compétences, une culture de l’apprentissage tout au long de la vie – voilà les défis, les objets de travail de l’association à but non lucratif „HeurekaNet - Freies Institut für Bildung, Forschung und Innovation e.V.“ depuis l’an 2000. Cette association a été crée suite à l’initiatives d’acteurs de la formation, du conseil en entreprise, de la protection des consommateurs, et du tiers secteur. L’association contribue au développement de cultures régionales d’apprentissage et d’infrastructures d’apprentissage, par un engagement d’analyse, de recherche et d’évaluation.

L’activité principale se situe dans le pays de Münster et de Nordrhein-Westfalen / Rhénanie-Westphalie du Nord. L’association est à but non lucratif, d’utilité publique. L’association s’appuie sur le bénévolat, ou les stages étudiantes.

Dans certains cas il a été possible de temps en temps de doter certains projets d’un chargé de mission, grâce aux subventions publiques.

Inovatívne infraštruktúry vzdelávania, moderné spôsoby rozvoja kompetencií a nová kultúra celoživotného vzdelávania – to sú úlohy, na ktorých pracuje od roku 2000 verejnoprospešná inštitúcia HeurekaNet - Freies Institut für Bildung, Forschung und Innovation e.V.. Spolok založený z iniciatívy profesionálov v oblasti ďalšieho vzdelávania, poradenstva v podnikaní, ochrany spotrebiteľa a tretieho sektora prispieva analýzami, výskumom, vyhodnocovaním a inovatívnymi podnetmi k ďalšiemu vzdelávaniu regionálnych kultúr a infraštruktúr vzdelávania.

Spolok pôsobí predovšetkým v regióne Münster a v Severnom Poríní-Vestfálsku a ako verejnoprospešná členská organizácia je odkázaný v prevažnej miere na dobrovoľnú a bezodplatnú spoluprácu aj v podobe študentskej praxe. V minulosti sa niektoré projekty realizovali aj v spolupráci s vedeckými pracovníkmi vďaka finančným prostriedkom z verejných zdrojov.
